Ho Chi Minh Academy of Politics and Public Administration

On the last day we went to the Ho Chi Minh Academy of Politics and Public Administration.  This is the institute that trains the national party leaders in leadership, administration, and similar topics.  My colleagues from the Hatfield School at PSU have a long history with this organization.  It was very interesting to hear them discuss leadership training, trust, and governance.
